The machine is equipped with pneumatic press unwind and duplex rewind devices, which is able to load the materials in a short time, enhancing the efficiency. Three independent AC motors are also equipped to keep the uniformity of hardness. EPC/LPC position control ensures accurate slitting position. Diameter algorithm and load cell auto tension control system control long-sized materials automatically to balance the winding tension. The razor cutter and pneumatic circular shear cutter make the products smooth and flawless. What’s more, it’s equipped with LCD touch panel to make it easier to operate.
